Equipping new therapists with the skill set required to build a successful private practice is central to our mission. Patient turnover, appointment consistency & patient satisfaction are essential measures to assess if we are accomplishing this goal. Access to 1:1 support and video review of weekly appointments combined with intensive training & development sessions are critical to our therapist's longevity, loyalty, and commitment to our team. But more importantly, we want to invest in their future sustainability, becoming equally solid and accomplished therapists, fully utilizing their gifts and talents to the best of their abilities.
INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP
Internship commitment extends 9-12 months.
We offer individual, couples & group counseling services.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage & maintain a caseload of 9-12 patients.
Daily completion of treatment notes.
Attend weekly individual supervision. (1 hr.)
Attend group supervision meetings. Prepare and Present Case Conceptualization. (1.5 hrs)
Attend Incite training and development meetings (bi-weekly)
Implement and facilitate group therapy.
Compensation
Opportunity for stipend pay - information available upon request.
