Clients often come to Natalie after trying everything else—still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or controlled by experiences they can’t seem to move past. Natalie specializes in Reproductive Mental Health working with women navigating (Miscarriage, Fetal Loss, IVF, Pregnancy and Post-Partum) challenges. After identifying the core pain point responsible, Natalie helps curate an intentional process and therapeutic plan to activate the process of transformation. For those with complex trauma - Natalie brings a specialized, highly refined EMDR approach, developed over years of clinical work, to help resolve deeply rooted pain and intrusive connections to disruptive life experiences.

Casey works with men who are ready to stop negotiating with addiction—or take control of the stress, relationship challenges, and internal battles that have been holding them back. His approach is direct, focused, and results-driven, helping clients face what’s keeping them stuck, challenge it directly, and build a clear path forward. Many of the men he works with report not just sobriety, but a renewed sense of purpose, stronger relationships, and progress in areas of life that once felt out of reach. Known for his insight and ability to challenge without losing connection, Casey equips clients to rise to a higher standard, creating change that doesn’t just free them from what’s been holding them back—it unlocks the life they were meant to lead.
Kathryn ‘PAIGE’ Killam, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Paige brings a direct, structured approach to therapy, helping clients move beyond feeling powerless and into meaningful change. Using a solution-focused CBT framework, she challenges unhelpful thinking patterns while building practical, forward-moving strategies. With training in EMDR, Paige specializes in trauma work with women navigating IVF, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transitions. As a wife and mom of a young son, she also understands the identity shifts and relational challenges that come with parenthood, supporting clients in moving through these seasons with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Kerri Junge, MA
Kerri believes every person’s story holds significance and can guide meaningful change. As a mom of four, currently navigating the final seasons of high school and welcoming her second grandchild, she understands the richness and complexity of life’s transitions—from the closing of one chapter to the beginning of another. Kerri blends evidence-based practices with genuine empathy to create a supportive, flexible space where clients can reconnect with their resilience, build self-compassion, and move forward with renewed hope, strength, and purpose.

Myldha believes that meaningful change begins with understanding the story you carry—and having the courage to engage it. Grounded in a systems perspective, she recognizes that our experiences are shaped within relationships, family dynamics, and the environments we move through, giving clients the tools to step into a new chapter as they create a life of greater clarity, intention, and ownership. Myldha invites a thoughtful, supportive space where clients can explore attachment patterns, identity, and personal narratives, helping them reconnect with their core self and move forward with confidence, resilience, and empowered growth.

Married for 22+ years and parents to 2 sons in college, Natalie and Casey Cherry understand the complexity of balancing marriage, family, and work. They teach dynamic, interactive, growth-focused classes for pre-marital and marital couples. Their passion is to help couples thrive in their relationships and gain the skills to navigate the natural ups and downs of married life. Couples learn to communicate more effectively, resolve ongoing conflict, and develop more intimate relationships.

Geoff joins The Incite Center after a 24-year career in education. His experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges we face as parents and the resilience required to navigate this season of parenting.
As a father of four, Geoff brings personal insight into the sacrifices, shifting roles, and balancing acts that couples and families encounter on their journeys. He offers hope and encouragement while equipping individuals with tools to create a healthier balance in work, life, and relationships.
Geoff is passionate about partnering with clients as a collaborator and guide, helping them develop deeper self-awareness and resilience. Through intentional, focused work, he seeks to help individuals strengthen their core values, reignite purpose, and move toward greater fulfillment in life.
Geoff Cotton, MA
Andrea meets clients with warmth and curiosity, creating space to explore both the strengths they carry and the parts of themselves they may struggle to accept. She helps individuals move away from rigid self-criticism and toward more flexible, compassionate ways of relating to themselves, guiding them to take risks that open the door to growth and healing.
Her steady presence, shaped by years as a Registered Nurse in emergency and neonatal intensive care, is also grounded in her life as a wife and mother, where she learned the value of presence—offering calm, compassionate support in moments of profound crisis and providing grounded care in the therapeutic process.
Andrea honors the courage taken to restore faith in one’s ability to change. Grounded in the conviction that every person has the capacity for renewal, Andrea walks alongside clients as they discover new possibilities, honoring their resilience and fueling their journey toward wholeness and hope.
